Why shipping fees?

As a small handmade shop, we wish we could offer free shipping on every order, but unfortunately USPS sets the price based on package weight and distance. Instead of raising our product prices to cover that, we choose to keep them as affordable as possible and simply charge the actual shipping cost. The only exception is our doormats—because they’re heavier and more expensive to ship, it makes more sense to include free shipping on them. This way, you’re paying only what it truly takes to get your order safely from our hands here in Del Rio, TX, to your doorstep. Every order means so much to us, and we’re grateful for your support in helping our little shop grow.

We take great care in packaging each order securely to ensure it arrives safely. Every item is thoughtfully wrapped and boxed to prevent damage during transit, and we double-check each package before handing it off to USPS. While we can’t control the postal service once it leaves our hands, we do everything possible to protect your order and ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

 Ready-to-Ship Items

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  • After reviewing the information, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
  • You will receive a shipping label to return the item if needed. 

Customized Orders

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect.

  • If your custom item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • You’ll need to send your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the problem.
  • Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate, based on the type and extent of the issue.
