Thank you for shopping with Alexa Send Love! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time depending on the project. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight of the package, and selected shipping method.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Pickup/Drop-off : Free – scheduled via email/text

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand!

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Alexa Send Love is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check your shipping address

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
