Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time depending on the project.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight of the package, and selected shipping method.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

International Shipping

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Alexa Send Love is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it:
