Why shipping fees? As a small handmade shop, we wish we could offer free shipping on every order. However, shipping costs are set by USPS based on package weight and distance.

Instead of increasing product prices to cover these costs, we choose to keep our items as affordable as possible and charge only the actual shipping rate. This way, you’re paying exactly what it takes to safely deliver your order from our hands to your doorstep.

Free shipping may be available on select bulk custom orders.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. While we cannot control USPS once your package is in transit, we do everything we can to protect your order and ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Ready-to-Ship Items

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, if applicable. If a return is needed, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Custom Orders

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, incorrect selections, or other personal preferences. If your custom order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
