Refund & Return Policy

 Ready-to-Ship Items

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

  • After reviewing the information, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

  • You will receive a shipping label to return. 


Custom Orders

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect.

  • If your custom item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • You’ll need to send your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the problem.

  • Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate, based on the type and extent of the issue.
