Why Shipping Fees?

As a small handmade shop, we wish we could offer free shipping on every order. However, shipping costs are set by USPS based on package weight and distance.

Instead of increasing product prices to cover these costs, we choose to keep our items as affordable as possible and charge only the actual shipping rate. This way, you’re paying exactly what it takes to safely deliver your order from our hands to your doorstep.

Free shipping may be available on select bulk custom orders.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. While we cannot control USPS once your package is in transit, we do everything we can to protect your order and ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Local Pickup

We currently offer local pickup only in Cedar Creek, TX.

Once your order is ready, you will receive details to arrange pickup.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund if applicable. A return shipping label will be provided if needed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Rush Orders
All rush orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
